How long does shipping take for handcrafted items?
Since many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer custom dimensions or bespoke designs?

What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your piece, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that custom-made items are final sale.
How should I care for and maintain my wood furniture?
To maintain the wood's luster, dust regularly with a soft cloth and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. We recommend re-applying a food-safe wood wax or oil every 6-12 months.
Is assembly required for Woodcraft products?
Most of our smaller items arrive fully assembled. Larger dining tables and bed frames may require minimal assembly; all necessary tools and clear instructions are included in the package.
