Log into your Woodcraft account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wood-crate or cardboard packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our concierge team will contact you to coordinate a professional freight pickup; for smaller decor, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping center using our prepaid label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
